I met this couple in the Little Five Points neighborhood in downtown Atlanta. They were boxcar travelers and were in Atlanta temporarily trying to hop a train and head out west. I told them about the project and they were all over it.

Coincidentally they had just gotten married the day before. They told me the ordained minister passed out twice from too much cheap liquor while trying to marry them. After jarring him awake, they were finally pronounced husband and wife. I was glad to be part of their honeymoon bliss!

I believe they inspired a new series I’m going to call “True Romance”. The name is from one of the best movies ever made and fits what I have in mind perfectly. Stay tuned for more on that!
